The fourth annual conference of the World Society of Motivation Scientists and Professionals will be held October 6th and 7th at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel in Washington, DC and will showcase advances in motivation science, student performance, leadership and elite athletics.
The conference includes 16 presentations by university professors, psychologists and educators, along with business professionals and sports consultants from Europe, Canada and the United States.
Past conferences in Cologne, Indianapolis and Vienna have provided attendees a significant opportunity for both professional development and global networking with colleagues.
Two new assessments based on the Reiss profile’s 16 basic desires will be reported. The first assesses the 16 basic desires as they apply to adults, while the second looks at what motivates elementary school children. Reiss Profile Masters who attend the conference will automatically qualify for use of the adult tool.
The Hilton Crystal City Hotel has set aside a limited number of rooms for conference attendees at a reduced rate of $99. For reservations call 800-695-7551, or contact the hotel directly at 703-418-6800, and reference code WSM.
Spouses and significant others of conferences attendees are invited to attend the conference free of charge.
